Atelier PRMR is a custom apparel service that allows you to design and create unique clothing pieces tailored to your vision. We are an extension of Promar, a trusted name in apparel manufacturing since 1985, dedicated to quality, sustainability, and craftsmanship.

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns and exchanges can only be made before the items are processed. Once production begins, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

In the case of a product defect, an exchange will be made. The product must be returned to us, complete with its invoice, original packaging, and all standard accessories within 14 days. Before sending the product back, please email us at atelier@promartekstil.com with your order number, name, email address, and details of your request. You will receive confirmation to proceed with the return. Shipping costs for domestic packages will be covered by our company.

You can only cancel your order before it goes into production. Since each product is custom-made and produced in limited quantities, the cancellation window is restricted to before production begins. To check if your order can be canceled, please email atelier@promartekstil.com with your order number, name, email address, and request. If eligible, we will process the cancellation.

If your order is eligible for cancellation, it will be processed within 3 business days. Depending on your bank, the refund may reflect in your account within 3-5 days after processing.

Each product is made specifically for you. After order confirmation, products will be ready for shipment within 2-3 weeks. We partner with Yurt İçi Kargo, and deliveries typically occur within 2 to 4 business days after shipping. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for delays beyond the indicated timeframe.

For custom production requests, our production time is 4-6 weeks. In case of potential supply issues for smaller quantities, we will contact you and may request an additional week if necessary.

Shipping costs are 150 TL for orders up to 3,000 TL, while orders over 3,000 TL qualify for free shipping. We are not responsible for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the carrier to file a claim. We recommend keeping all damaged products and packaging before filing a claim. Additionally, orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
